Assistant was very professional, efficient, knowledgable, with excellent skills while being patient and friendly. I felt she cared about me.
Soheila was prepared to see me. Answered questions and personally followed up with my ekg results. All the blood was drawn at the clinic. My preop clearance. Preop, ekg, and bloodwork was all accomplished in one visit that took less than an hour from check in ( i was also early by 15 minuintes) to checking out. Thank you for your caring care

Extremely disappointed with the Doctor, the Medical assistant, some of their staff. So disappointed I'm in process of trying to find a different Dr. Sad thing is, it is very difficult to find a new Dr. anymore that accepts new patients. So in the mean time I have to continue going to this clinic. The Doctor does not try to get to the root of the patient problem. I also have problems with leaving messages, you have to get pushy with staff before someone actually gets back to you. Poor excuse for a medical Clinic.

Doc Chas makes you at ease right away and asks a lot of good questions. Assistant Jon was also friendly and helpful.

Got me in and out in a timely manner. Charles listened to my concerns and took everything into account. His examination of my knee indicated to him that I had a meniscus strain and not a tear. He suggested starting with a regiment of rest and limited range of motion on my knee along with Advil to reduce inflammation.
