We Offer Lab Services
Our laboratory is open Monday through Friday from 730am to 5pm. All labs will be sent out to InterPath Laboratory to be processed. If you have any questions about coverage or billing please call them at 866-289-4093. Laboratory tests cannot be performed without a providers requisition.
